But it turns out it's not a new lady love at all! It's Russell's recent ex Jemima Khan!

The two reportedly split over a month ago, but it looks like they patched up whatever differences they had because they were spotted Wednesday night in total couple mode!

Russell and Jemima were getting very lovey dovey as they hung out with other celebs at a London screening of the new political doc Unmanned: America's Drone Wars.

So did the couple ever really break up? Or were they just trying to keep their love on the down low?

Well, we're glad they seem happy and proud now in any case!
