Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan are not the only places the US has left a mess. Around the globe, where America has waged wars and set up military bases. Even on US soil the actions of the military have left a dirty and even toxic mess for local communities. As it turns out the United States Department of Defense is the biggest polluter on the planet.
